No matter how advanced text extraction capabilities become, the original document remains the ultimate authority. Our systems support frameworks (like IIIF) that display the original image side-by-side with extracted texts and data, ensuring constant return to the source.

We do not sell the illusion of "perfect accuracy" in AI. Our technologies are designed to assist the archivist and researcher, accelerating the workflow. We highlight areas of uncertainty and leave the final decision to the human expert.

Digital Preservation Mindset

Based on the OAIS model, we consider the entire lifecycle of digital materials. The systems we provide take structural and administrative metadata into account to ensure archives remain comprehensible and accessible over time.
